About Us

We are a female only group personal training gym that specialises in female fat loss and muscle building. We offer small groups of up to 6 girls for a more tailored experience so you are well looked after during each class. Classes are mainly focused on resistance training to help you achieve your body goals. Think about each class like having your own one-to-one personal trainer - but for a much cheaper price!

We also offer calorie and macro help along with meal plan examples to help you even when you aren’t with us during a class. This takes the stress out of your everyday life worrying about what you can and can’t eat. You will also meet lots of other likewise females along the way and even some new friends!
